Who I am
This is the portfolio website of Abu Usof, an AI automation and software consultant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with clients in the UK and worldwide. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email usofseo@gmail.com.
What this site collects
Very little. This site has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not set tracking cookies.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and when — used only for security and keeping the site running. These logs are managed by the hosting provider and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those font files, your IP address is visible to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle that.
Booking and external services
If you book a call, the booking runs on Calendly, and the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy. I only see the booking details you submit, and I use them solely to hold the call.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those platforms, which are operated by Meta. Anything you do there — including messaging me on WhatsApp — is governed by their own privacy policies.
If you contact me
When you email or message me, I use your contact details and what you tell me only to reply and to carry out any work you ask about. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone except services I need to deliver that work, and I keep correspondence only as long as it is useful to our conversation or required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under data protection law (UK GDPR / GDPR), including the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Changes
If the site starts collecting anything new — for example a contact form or analytics — this policy will be updated first, with the date above changed to match.
